Details of the Job/Internship

G D Bansal & Associates is inviting law students to intern with them in their Jaipur office. 

• Legal Internship – Intellectual Property & Commercial Laws
• Location: In-office (Full-time)
• Duration: 4 Weeks

Internship Slots Available:

• June 2025: 10 positions
• July 2025: 10 positions
• August 2025: 10 positions
• September 2025: 10 positions

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research
• Conduct research on civil and commercial laws, with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Assist in formulating legal strategies under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Drafting Legal Documents
• Support in preparing petitions, applications, affidavits, replies, and legal notices for ongoing matters.
• Case Law Research & Analysis
• Assist in identifying relevant precedents and legal provisions.
• Prepare case law summaries and support in building legal arguments and briefs.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a 5-year integrated Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of the program during the time of internship.
• Possess a strong interest and foundational understanding of civil, commercial, and IP laws.
• Have prior exposure or basic knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Available to work full-time in-office for a minimum of 4 weeks.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate sound legal research skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, showing initiative and creativity.
