Details of the Job/Internship

Gray Jay Law India is hiring a Legal Intern for remote work. The intern will assist with legal research, contract drafting, corporate and commercial law matters, immigration law, intellectual property rights, policy analysis, and article/blog writing.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Draft and vet contracts.
• Work on corporate and commercial law issues.
• Assist with immigration law matters (India & Canada focus).
• Support intellectual property rights (IPR) tasks.
• Conduct policy analysis and comparative law studies.
• Write articles and blogs on contemporary legal topics.

Eligibility

• Law students in 4th year or above of a 5-year integrated law course, or 2nd year onwards of a 3-year LL.B. program.
• Candidates seeking long-term internship opportunities.
