Details of the Job/Internship
Hexalog is hiring a Legal/CS Intern – Policy, Compliance & Incentives for a 3-month internship at its corporate office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate MSME, DPIIT, and logistics-related incentives at central and state levels.
- Analyse state logistics policies and industrial incentive schemes.
- Interpret government notifications, circulars, and policy documents.
- Prepare eligibility, benefit, and compliance-risk evaluation notes.
- Assist in drafting internal advisory notes, compliance trackers, and representations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data collection and analysis.
Eligibility
- High-pedigree freshers from Tier 1 or Tier 2 law colleges or equivalent institutions.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in legal, compliance, policy, or regulatory roles from Tier 1 or Tier 2 backgrounds.
- Company Secretary students pursuing Executive or Professional levels, preferably in the final two groups.
- Strong interest in policy, compliance, and regulatory advisory.
- Ability to interpret government notifications and legal texts.
- Strong analytical skills and structured drafting ability.
- Comfort with Excel, Word, and documentation-intensive work.
- Curiosity about logistics, trade, and industrial policy.
