Details of the Job/Internship
Hilti India is hiring Legal & Compliance Interns for a 6–8 week internship within its Legal & Compliance team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and redline commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement agreements, and customer contracts.
- Assist in drafting standard contract clauses and maintaining templates.
- Support negotiation preparation through legal research and risk analysis.
- Conduct legal research on contract law, company law, IT Act, data privacy, labour laws, and other regulations.
- Prepare legal notes, opinions, internal briefs, and risk assessment summaries.
- Assist in maintaining litigation trackers and statutory records.
- Support corporate governance and compliance documentation.
Eligibility
- 4th or 5th year students enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. program.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Law and Company Law.
- Prior internships with established law firms (mandatory).
- Exposure to commercial or transactional work is preferred.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
