Details of the Job/Internship

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a duration of 3–6 months to join its on-site team in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. The role involves assisting in legal documentation, advisory, and compliance work related to redevelopment and real estate projects, along with coordination with clients, societies, PMC teams, and statutory authorities. The stipend ranges from ₹3,000 to ₹7,000 per month, based on performance, skills, and duration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents including Development Agreements, MOUs, LOIs, Term Sheets, notices, resolutions, consent letters, Powers of Attorney, affidavits, and undertakings.
• Support legal due diligence for redevelopment and real estate projects.
• Conduct legal research on the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, RERA, Stamp Duty and Registration, UDCPR / DCPR, and CIDCO and NMMC regulations.
• Assist the PMC team in legal coordination during builder appointment processes, agreement execution, registration, and CC and OC stages.
• Track legal compliances, approvals, and timelines, and maintain legal checklists and project-wise documentation records.
• Coordinate with clients, cooperative housing societies, managing committees, advocates, and statutory authorities.
• Draft follow-up emails, letters, and status updates, and assist in preparation and submission of documents to government authorities.

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing an LLB (3-year or 5-year course).
• Interest in real estate, redevelopment, PMC, and society laws.
• Good drafting, legal research, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle structured client follow-ups and documentation.
