Details of the Job/Internship

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3–6 month full-time internship in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as MoUs, Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, and Society Resolutions.
• Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA regulations, and redevelopment guidelines.
• Prepare case summaries, legal opinions, and compliance reports.
• Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and correspondence.
• Liaise with government authorities, advocates, and clients for document submission and follow-ups.
• Assist senior legal officers during meetings, site visits, or client interactions.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) from a recognized university.
• Strong interest in real estate, contract, and corporate law.
• Understanding of property documentation and legal drafting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, research ability, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online legal research tools.
