Details of the Job/Internship
I2Cure Pte. Limited is hiring for a Legal Intern for a 6-month internship in Gurugram. The intern will assist with legal research, contract drafting, compliance analysis, and content creation. This role provides practical exposure to corporate and international law, regulatory frameworks, and business compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, business, and international law, including GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, and startup regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies.
- Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Write blog posts, whitepapers, and client advisories on emerging legal topics.
- Support client communication, case documentation, and internal legal discussions.
