Details of the Job/Internship
ideaForge is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Legal Team in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage contracts.
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement trackers for compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to assist the legal team.
- Coordinate with internal departments for execution and closure of agreements (NDAs, SLAs, etc.).
- Support the Legal Team in documentation and administrative functions.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
