IGP Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting in legal and compliance-related tasks, including document preparation, title clearance, contract drafting, liaising with authorities, and supporting litigation-related drafting work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support title clearance and investigation work.
- Assist in contract drafting and conveyancing matters.
- Liaise with authorities for permissions and registrations.
- Draft legal replies for litigation matters.
- Work closely with legal professionals to gain practical experience.
Eligibility
- Educational background in law.
- Strong skills in legal document preparation, including drafting contracts, agreements, deeds, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
