Details of the Job/Internship
IGP Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves legal research, consulting on legal issues, preparing documents, drafting and registering contracts and agreements, perusing revenue applications and permissions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Provide support in consulting on legal issues.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Draft and register contracts and agreements.
- Peruse revenue applications and permissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work under the guidance of senior legal professionals to support corporate advisory services.
