Details of the Job/Internship
Indigo Group is hiring a Legal Intern to support the legal team by conducting research, drafting documents, assisting in case preparation, and helping with daily operational tasks within a dynamic legal environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings on various topics.
- Draft and edit contracts, legal memoranda, and other documents.
- Assist with case file organization, document review, and due diligence.
- Attend meetings, hearings, or depositions and take notes (as applicable).
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems.
- Perform administrative tasks for the legal department.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L preferred).
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
