Innovidhi is inviting law students to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with IP registration processes including trademarks, copyrights, and related filings.
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and notices.
• Support the team in providing legal advisory to start-ups on compliance, structuring, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Provide assistance in litigation matters, including case preparation and court filings.

Eligibility

• Law students in their final semester preferred.
• Prior internship experience in litigation is mandatory.
• Experience or strong interest in IPR and corporate law.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle tasks independently.
