Details of the Job/Internship
IP RANI (Advocates & IP Attorneys) is hiring Legal Interns to join their offices in Ghaziabad and Noida. The internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation, drafting, and research work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in district court litigation matters.
- Support legal drafting and legal research work.
- Work on cheque bounce matters under Section 138 of the NI Act.
- Assist in SARFAESI matters and banking and recovery cases.
- Gain exposure to corporate and intellectual property law matters.
Eligibility
LLB, BA-LLB, or LLM students.
