iPACT Legal is hiring a Legal Intern with experience of to join their office in Bengaluru South.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates.
• Support attorneys in preparing for litigation and consultations.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the legal team across practice areas.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Strong skills in drafting, document review, and contract preparation.
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with legal databases and research tools is a plus.
