Details of the Job/Internship

Irenic Legal is hiring a Legal Intern with experience of 0–2 years. The role involves exposure to contract work, trademark matters, privacy compliance, and policy drafting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements.
• Assisting with trademark filings and prosecution, including TM-A, affidavits, replies, examination responses, and opposition documents.
• Conducting legal and policy research across corporate, IP, privacy, and technology laws.
• Drafting website policies and internal compliance documents.
• Preparing structured legal notes, summaries, and drafts independently.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates or candidates with 0–2 years PQE.
• Prior drafting exposure with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with contracts, trademarks, and privacy laws, or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Comfort with remote work, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership.
• Candidates seeking long-term learning and skill development.
