Eligibility

• Assist in drafting and reviewing property agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
• Support legal due diligence and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
• Coordinate property registrations with legal advisors and registrar offices.
• Maintain legal records and assist in statutory documentation.
• Conduct legal research on property laws, registry norms, and market trends in Bangalore.
• Liaise with local authorities to support smooth execution of transactions.
