Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is hiring a Legal Intern for a paid 6-month internship with strong potential for a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents such as summary suits, civil suits, written statements, written evidence, plaints, injunction applications, writs, legal notices and replies, agreements, contracts, MOUs, client complaints, and legal opinions.
- Conduct advanced legal research and interpretation.
- Interact with clients, including counseling and consulting.
- Participate in courtroom advocacy and case preparation.
Eligibility
- LLB and LLM degrees from a Tier 1 law college.
- Genuine interest in civil, commercial, business, corporate, and industrial litigation.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
- Strong typing proficiency and internet navigation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain professional ethics.
- Passion for courtroom advocacy and case argumentation.
