Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring a fresher advocate for a 6-month, full-time internship at their Dabri Mod, Janakpuri office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of legal notices.
• Drafting of plaints and suits.
• Drafting and vetting of agreements and contracts.
• Representing clients in court under senior advocates.
• Briefing senior advocates about the cases.
• Legal research, litigation support, and end-to-end drafting.
• Providing consulting and counselling to clients.
• Drafting legal opinions for clients.

Eligibility

• Resides in or around West Delhi and South West Delhi.
• Graduate from a Tier 1 law college (5-year program); LLM is a plus.
• Strong command over English and Hindi.
• Fluent speaker in English.
• Excellent typing speed.
• Good communication skills and professional etiquette.
• Interest in litigation, arbitration, and court representation.
• AIBE is not mandatory; AIBE qualification is a plus.
