Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring Legal Interns for a 6-month paid assessment internship with the potential for a full-time position, based in West Delhi or South West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will gain real-world litigation experience through a 6-month paid internship.
• They will engage in drafting court documents, conducting legal research and assisting in district court litigation matters.
• Based on performance, the candidate will have the opportunity to secure a full-time role within the organization.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be a final-year student of a 5-year law degree course or a recent graduate.
• AIBE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• They should have a strong theoretical understanding of civil, business, commercial and corporate laws. Proficiency in drafting writs, suits, plaints, applications and other court documents is required.
• Excellent legal research skills, high typing speed, fluency in English and strong command of Hindi are necessary.
• A keen interest in court litigation, willingness to work in district courts, sharp legal acumen, high professionalism and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
