JusBook is hiring a Legal Intern with prior internship experience to support its SaaS operations in a remote or hybrid setup based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and policy documents.
• Conduct legal research on IT laws, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance activities, regulatory filings, and internal audits.
• Maintain legal document repositories and version control.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and operations teams for legal alignment.

Eligibility

• Completed LLB or LLM degree.
• Minimum six months of prior legal internship experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work across teams.
