Details of the Job/Internship
KP Jangir and Associates is hiring a Legal Intern with experience of to join their office in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site internship where the intern will assist senior advocates with legal research, drafting documents, preparing case files, and analysing legal frameworks related to taxation and other legal matters. The role also offers practical exposure to handling cases concerning income tax and GST laws and participation in court proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior advocates with legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Prepare and organise case files.
- Analyse legal frameworks related to taxation and other legal matters.
- Support handling of cases involving income tax and GST laws.
- Participate in court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of legal principles, particularly income tax and GST laws.
- Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case file preparation.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret legal information accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and basic computer literacy.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing professional legal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently pursuing a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Prior internship or exposure to legal practice is an advantage.
