Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring long-term interns for a duration of 4–6 months to join their offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, specifically in Indirect Tax – Customs and Corporate M&A practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist teams in the Indirect Tax – Customs or Corporate M&A practice areas.
• Support with legal research and drafting tasks.
• Contribute to documentation, file preparation, and matter coordination.
• Work under the supervision of associates and partners on assigned tasks.
• Perform practice-specific work as required during the internship.

Eligibility

• Must be a 2026 pass-out from a reputed law school.
• Previous internship experience in the relevant practice area is mandatory.
• Prior internship exposure will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred, ideally those available from December 2025.
