Details of the Job/Internship

Lattice Systems Inc is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern to support its legal, compliance, and operations functions. This paid internship offers flexible scheduling and provides exposure to startup governance, SaaS contracts, and the evolving AI regulatory landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts.
• Support review and management of NDAs, vendor and customer agreements.
• Research compliance and regulatory updates (AI, SaaS, data privacy).
• Assist with privacy and security compliance (SOC 2 preparation, policies).
• Prepare due diligence materials for investors.
• Collaborate with founders and external counsel.

Eligibility

• Current student or recent graduate in law, paralegal studies, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or AI.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
