Law Offices of K. K. Thakkar is a boutique law firm with offices in Ahmedabad and Patan Districts. The Ahmedabad branch, located near the High Court of Gujarat in Sola, primarily handles matters before the High Court and the City Civil Court of Ahmedabad.
Details of the Job/Internship
Law Offices of K. K. Thakkar is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Ahmedabad office on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Intern will be responsible for conducting office management, digitalisation of case files and records, assisting in legal research, and attending court sessions.
- The intern will be further responsible for mentioning the matters before the High Court.
- Additional tasks may include supporting administrative tasks, managing client communications, and maintaining legal files and records.
Eligibility
- Must have read Company Description and Role Description completely,
- Must meet screening criteria,
- Must have completed LL.B.,
- Has good command over Gujarati and English,
- Must be living in Ahmedabad or able to relocate to Ahmedabad,
- Must be having a two-wheeler with valid license,
- Should have good command over computer specially MS Word,
- Good at digitalisation of case files and records,
- Legal Research and Drafting skills,
- Basic Knowledge in Law and Legal Issues,
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Previous internship experience in a legal setting is a plus.
