Lawgenix Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Rudrapur. The intern will assist in legal research, case preparation, drafting legal documents, contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role also includes observing court proceedings and supporting the team in litigation and regulatory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist in case preparation and drafting legal documents.
- Review contracts and ensure statutory compliance.
- Observe court proceedings.
- Support the team in litigation and regulatory matters.
- Organize case files and analyze legal provisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for ongoing cases.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Knowledge of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Regulatory Compliances.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Enrollment in or completion of a Law degree program is required.
- Prior internship experience in a legal environment is a plus.
