Details of the Job/Internship
LawMento is hiring a Legal Intern on a contract basis for a remote position. The intern will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, consulting on legal issues, and preparing reports on legal developments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Prepare and draft legal documents and reports.
- Review court opinions and summarise legal decisions.
- Consult on legal issues and communicate findings effectively.
- Stay updated on recent legal developments and prepare summaries.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an LL.B. program or equivalent.
- Experience in legal writing is a plus.
- Knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
