Details of the Job/Internship
LegalEase Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join their team in the Greater Delhi Area. This is a full-time online role involving assistance in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting legal compliance and consulting projects. The role also includes client and stakeholder communication and offers hands-on experience in foundational legal processes for business enterprises.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on relevant issues.
- Support legal compliance and consulting projects.
- Engage in communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand legal frameworks and assist in resolving client legal issues.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and understanding of law and legal issues.
- Experience in legal consulting and providing actionable solutions.
- Proven skills in preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (pursuing or completed) from a recognized institute.
- Familiarity with startup-related legal processes and business compliance is an advantage.
