Details of the Job/Internship

Legalit is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Bengaluru office. The role involves supporting legal operations, conducting legal research, assisting in legal-tech initiatives, and contributing to building scalable processes for efficient legal workflows.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in building and refining internal legal workflows.
• Support documentation, process mapping, and creation of SOPs.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across legal operations.
• Work with legal tech tools for contract management, workflow automation, and data handling.
• Support the implementation and testing of new legal tech products or features.
• Analyse operational gaps and propose improvements.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year and above) or recent graduates.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in legal technology, automation, or operations.
• Basic familiarity with contract lifecycle management, workflow tools, or legal tech platforms is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
