Details of the Job/Internship
Levelx Micro is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mavelikkara. This internship offers hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and legal processes within e-commerce operations. The internship duration is 3 months, with a stipend of up to ₹5,000 based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing e-commerce regulations, including Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, IT Act, and data protection guidelines.
- Support drafting and reviewing legal documents such as vendor agreements, NDAs, and internal policies.
- Monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding processes, and marketplace requirements.
- Assist in handling consumer-related matters such as returns, refunds, and grievance redressal.
- Conduct legal research and track updates in relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain legal documentation and organise compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related tasks.
- Support in preparing reports and basic legal correspondence.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B.
- Strong interest in e-commerce laws, compliance, and corporate legal work.
- Basic understanding of Indian legal framework, including Consumer Protection and IT Act.
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
