Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Panacea LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office role. The Legal Intern will support the team in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case management. The role includes reviewing contracts, analysing legal issues, and providing support in litigation and advisory matters. The intern will collaborate with team members across practice areas to address client requirements with precision and clarity.

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in law with proficiency in legal consulting and resolving legal issues.
• Skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and compliance-related materials.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate legal matters effectively within the team and to clients.
• Proficiency in legal research, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, or litigation is an asset.
• Final-year student (may be hired on a performance basis after graduation).
• Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
