Details of the Job/Internship
LexAnalytico Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern to join its on-site team in Noida. The internship involves supporting the firm in legal research, intellectual property analysis, and corporate and regulatory compliance matters. The role offers exposure to IP strategy development, documentation, and collaboration on corporate law projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research and legal analysis related to intellectual property matters.
- Analysing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related IP issues.
- Preparing reports, documentation, and case evaluations.
- Reviewing contracts and compliance-related documents.
- Contributing to the preparation of intellectual property strategies.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborating with team members on regulatory and corporate law projects.
Eligibility
- Understanding of Intellectual Property laws, including Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights.
- Proficiency in legal research and legal analysis.
- Knowledge of Corporate Laws and Regulatory Compliance.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Law.
- Prior experience or internship in a legal or intellectual property domain is desirable.
