LYDS Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Noida. This is an on-site internship opportunity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting legal documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Preparing case briefs.
• Supporting attorneys with case preparation.
• Attending client consultations.
• Managing case files.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of legal research methods, legal drafting, and case law analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate law, banking law, employment laws, and commercial contracts.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing legal documentation and case file organization.
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in law is required.
• Interest or experience in intellectual property, real estate, or dispute resolution is an advantage.
