Details of the Job/Internship

Macwise Advisors is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai. The position offers exposure to international law, cross-border transactions, and corporate advisory work across various business verticals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, Shareholders’ Agreements, Vendor and Service Agreements, and Purchase/Sale Agreements.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and international law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with compliance requirements, corporate governance, and transaction structuring.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, records, and execution processes.
• Coordinate with different business verticals on legal matters and contracts.
• Contribute to due diligence exercises, policy drafting, and risk assessments.

Eligibility

• Current law student or recent graduate.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain practical exposure to real-world legal work.
