Details of the Job/Internship
MantraCare is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, onsite internship for a duration of 6 months with a stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month. The role involves supporting the legal team in international company registration, compliance management, documentation, and regulatory processes while gaining practical exposure to corporate and international business law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in international company registration processes across different jurisdictions.
- Support preparation and filing of legal documents for global business operations.
- Conduct research on international corporate laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Maintain compliance records and track statutory deadlines.
- Support documentation for onboarding international partners and clients.
- Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Assist in policy drafting and internal compliance structuring.
- Support legal due diligence processes.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB / LLM.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance fundamentals.
- Interest in international business law and cross-border regulations.
- Excellent research and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite for 6 months.
