Details of the Job/Internship

Mech Buddy ( Sibey India Pvt Ltd. ) is inviting law students to join their office in Jabalpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, policies, and internal memos.
• Assist with legal due diligence and documentation management.
• Support communication with legal advisors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proper records and databases for legal and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the automotive and technology sectors.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed an LLB or equivalent degree in law.
• Basic understanding of legal principles, contract law, and corporate regulations.
• Prior internship experience in legal consulting or document review is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
