Details of the Job/Internship

Medhavi Law Partners is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Saket, Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist legal teams in conducting comprehensive legal research on diverse legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and notices.
• Prepare detailed case briefs and analyze relevant case laws to support ongoing matters.
• Gain hands-on exposure to courtroom procedures at the Delhi High Court and Saket Trial Courts.
• Support the legal consulting process by providing preliminary insights on legal matters.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve complex legal problems.
• Maintain organized case files and stay updated on recent judicial developments.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a recognized Law degree program (LLB).
• Strong knowledge of Law, relevant legal principles, and judicial practices.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and case brief analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt within a fast-paced legal environment.
• Prior exposure to legal proceedings or previous internships is considered a plus.
