Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support compliance activities, statutory filings, and maintenance of statutory records.
- Conduct basic legal research on corporate, labour, and commercial laws.
- Assist in due diligence, documentation, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for routine legal matters.
