Details of the Job/Internship

Mosher Media is inviting law students to intern with them in their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and NDAs.
• Research and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and advertising industry regulations.
• Support the team in managing sellers.json, ads.txt compliance, and policy updates.
• Conduct legal research on ad fraud, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal best practices for partnerships and contracts.
• Maintain and organize legal documents and case files.
• Assist in responding to legal queries from publishers, advertisers, and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and data protection regulations.
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Interest in AdTech, digital advertising, and media law is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
