Details of the Job/Internship

NK3 Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern – Claims & Contracts to join their office in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review contract documents including EPC, FIDIC, and GCC.
• Assist in drafting contractual letters, notices, and claim documents.
• Conduct legal research on arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Prepare case files and documentation for arbitration and litigation.
• Track project timelines, delays, and claim triggers.
• Coordinate with internal teams on project-related issues.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd–5th year) or recent LL.B. graduates.
• Interest in ADR, infrastructure law, or construction disputes.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle structured documentation.
• Prior internships in litigation or arbitration preferred.
• Exposure to infrastructure or real estate matters is an advantage.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or construction contracts is an advantage.
