Details of the Job/Internship

NPA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Mumbai office on a full-time basis. The internship starts immediately upon selection and involves assisting in litigation and insolvency-related matters. The working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays being holidays. The stipend is ₹7,000 per month along with travelling allowance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft notices and replies based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
• Assist senior advocates in filing cases and arranging annexures.
• Conduct legal research on relevant issues.
• Draft and send emails as per the instructions of senior advocates.

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing LL.B. in any year.
• Decent understanding of or keen interest in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, RDDBFI Act, and SARFAESI Act.
