Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting notices and replies based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- Assisting senior advocates in filing cases and arranging annexures.
- Conducting legal research on relevant issues.
- Drafting and sending emails as per the instructions of senior advocates.
Eligibility
Law students pursuing LL.B. (any year) with a decent understanding of or interest in learning the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, RDDBFI Act, and SARFAESI Act may apply.
