Details of the Job/Internship
Nutrabay is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in B-289, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi. The role involves assisting the legal team with commercial contracts, IPR portfolio management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, vetting, and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Support the legal team in managing the company’s IPR portfolio.
- Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across FMCG, nutraceutical, and allied sectors.
- Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and labour and employment matters.
- Provide support on privacy, data protection, investigation, and compliance issues.
- Gain exposure to real estate agreements, corporate structuring, and advisory matters.
Eligibility
- Law students pursuing LL.B. (last year) or registered advocates interested in in-house corporate exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of core legal subjects.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct legal research using platforms like Manupatra and SCC Online.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
