Details of the Job/Internship

Nuvama Group is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research, including interpretation of laws and judgments.
• Examining legal issues related to new business proposals.
• Structuring, drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and other legal documents.
• Developing company policies and positions on legal issues.
• Supporting other legal advisory and documentation tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an LL.B from a reputed law school/college.
• Preferably with knowledge of Corporate and Securities Law.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent drafting and research abilities.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Prior internship experience with a corporate or law firm is a plus.
