Details of the Job/Internship

Nyayasetu is hiring a Legal Intern on a full-time, on-site basis to join its office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes across multiple domains of law, including IPR and Criminal Law.
• Draft, vet, and review legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and related instruments.
• Analyse case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks, and prepare summaries and briefs.
• Assist in ongoing legal matters and manage documentation.
• Coordinate in legal processes and internal workflows.
• Participate in internal discussions for strategic legal solutions and process improvements.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a law degree from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Strong understanding of Indian legal systems and procedures.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in legal practice and access to justice initiatives.
