Details of the Job/Internship

OngoleBulls Invest Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern for an on-site internship role in Hyderabad for a duration of 3–9 months. The role involves supporting the legal and compliance functions of the organisation and provides practical exposure to corporate and commercial legal work in the financial services sector.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in legal research related to corporate, contract and commercial laws.
• Supporting drafting and review of NDAs, MoUs, service agreements and internal documents.
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance documentation, as applicable.
• Maintaining legal records, trackers and documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing LLB from a recognised institution under a 3-year or 5-year programme.
• Basic understanding of contract law and company law.
• Good research, drafting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an on-site corporate environment.
