Details of the Job/Internship
OpenSphere is hiring a Legal Intern to gain practical experience in extraordinary ability and business immigration cases such as O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW. The intern will support attorneys and case teams with drafting, research, and documentation, while also exploring how technology streamlines immigration practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Translate client achievements into structured case evidence.
- Draft persuasive legal documents such as letters, statements, and briefs.
- Conduct research on industries, awards, and publications to support petitions.
- Organize evidence into clear, approval-ready files.
- Test AI workflows and provide insights for improvement.
- Support quality checks on citations, evidence, and formatting.
- Participate in mentorship and collaborative team activities.
Eligibility
Law students (advanced year) or recent graduates eager to apply theory to practice, with strong writing and research skills, attention to detail, and an interest in technology’s role in transforming law.
