Details of the Job/Internship
Orchestrate Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern to join their offices in New Delhi and Noida, U.P. The role involves supporting legal operations, compliance matters, and contributing to technology-driven legal solutions. The intern will gain exposure to legal-tech initiatives, digital automation, and IT-related legal consulting, including data protection under the DPDP Act 2023.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, petitions, and client agreements.
- Conduct legal research and assist in compliance and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate on legal-tech initiatives and digital process automation.
- Manage digital case files, e-contracts, and documentation systems.
- Support IT-related legal consulting, including digital data protection (DPDP Act 2023).
Eligibility
- Completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal research tools, and digital document management.
- Strong understanding of tech-based legal practices (legal tech tools preferred).
- Prior experience or internship in both legal and IT fields (preferred).
- Exposure to legal technology platforms and interest in legal innovation (preferred).
- Knowledge of international legal systems, especially SQE (UK) and MBE (USA) (preferred).
