Details of the Job/Internship

Padha Law Associates is offering an online internship programme for law students and young graduates to gain substantive exposure to litigation practice and legal drafting. The internship involves active assistance in drafting, legal research, and content development under professional supervision. The duration of the internship is one month, commencing with orientation on 1 January 2026, and the internship is unpaid.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting matters relating to divorce petitions and maintenance applications.
• Prepare and draft writ petitions under constitutional jurisdictions.
• Draft affidavits, bail applications, and other allied pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and write articles on contemporary legal issues.

Eligibility

• Students currently pursuing an LL.B. degree.
• Recent law graduates.
• Candidates with a genuine inclination towards litigation, legal research, and drafting of pleadings.
