Details of the Job/Internship

Pathway Counsel is hiring Legal Interns to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research across statutes, case laws, and policy frameworks related to data privacy, IT law, constitutional law, and intellectual property law.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Prepare case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
• Assist with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
• Support senior counsel in preparing documentation for matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a recognised B.A. LL.B or LL.B programme.
• Preferably in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year course, or the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year course.
• Strong interest in data privacy, constitutional law, or civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
