Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to intern with them in their Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research and summarize key findings for internal use.
• Support compliance activities and help with documentation and day-to-day legal tasks.
• Organize and maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
• Stay updated on current legal developments and relevant regulatory changes.

Eligibility

• Law students currently pursuing an LLB (preferably in the 2nd year or above).
• Demonstrated interest in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of legal research methods and proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional in conduct.
